Where do I pay?
In the app. Pro and Lifetime are in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play, so your store handles the payment, receipts and local taxes. Thumbdesk never sees your card.
Does Pro work on both my iPhone and my iPad?
Yes. Pro belongs to your Thumbdesk account, so it applies on every phone and tablet you sign in on.
What counts as a host?
Every machine you add: computers with the agent installed and servers added over SSH count the same. Free accounts can add 2, Pro accounts 10. If you need more than 10, write to us.
How does the free screen-sharing limit work?
Free accounts can watch and control screens for 2 minutes in any hour, across all machines. The app shows the time left while you share. Pro removes the limit.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and refunds are handled by the store you bought from. If something went wrong, write to support@thumbdesk.com and we will help.
What does Lifetime include?
Everything in Pro, for as long as Thumbdesk exists, including future major versions, for one payment.
